Senior Web Developer

Overview

Join Insulet’s Web Development team to design and deliver enterprise-scale Drupal 11 solutions that improve lives. You will influence architecture, mentor engineers, and drive modern web experiences using Drupal, Salesforce integrations, CI/CD, and related practices. In a collaborative, mission-driven environment, you lead technical initiatives and shape cross-functional delivery. This role offers meaningful impact through scalable platforms that support diabetes care. You will work closely with product, design, QA, and IT leadership to ensure secure, high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack Drupal 10/11 development, including custom modules, theming, and integrations
• Drive architectural decisions for complex web solutions
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with QA, product owners, designers, and IT leadership for secure, high-quality deliverables
• Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure security and accessibility compliance
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help plan sprints and releases
• Develop and maintain automation tools for testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Assess impact of changes, perform risk analysis, and communicate status to stakeholders via Jira/Confluence
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for efficiency and scalability tools
• Champion collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement

Key requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Drupal developer, in a senior or lead role
• Strong proficiency in Drupal 9/10 APIs, PHP 8.x, Twig, HTML/CSS/SASS, and JavaScript
• Solid debugging skills and experience with responsive web development
• Familiarity with GitHub/Bitbucket, branching strategies, and code reviews
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
