Overview

In this role you lead lifecycle and variation projects for a major hospital facilities operation, from planning through handover. You will work with clinical stakeholders, contractors and technical teams to deliver essential infrastructure while meeting safety, quality and regulatory standards. You’ll influence delivery strategies in a busy healthcare environment and develop your technical expertise as the programme enters a design-and-build phase. Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle and variation projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, programme delivery and commercial performance
• Manage design, procurement, contractor coordination, commissioning and training activities
