Senior Analytics Manager – Compliance Reporting

Wise is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to lead the EMEA Compliance Analytics team. You will partner with 2nd line Compliance across Europe, the UK and MEA to ensure regulatory reporting and to build automated pipelines for recurring reports.

You will manage a team of 3–4 analysts, spending ~40% on hands-on work and ~60% on leadership. You will define KPIs, drive innovation, and champion data-driven insights across Compliance while leading automation projects to boost efficiency and accuracy
