Group Organisation Design Architect

Tesco is seeking an Organisation Design lead to work with Exec members and business leaders to design structures and roles that deliver strategy. You will drive a strategic vision for Group design across the next 1–3 years, balancing Market needs with Group objectives.

You will stay current with OD best practice, create blueprints, and partner with leaders to ensure design improvements align with financial targets and the Tesco Service Model. Flexible working is available.
