We are appointed by an established, entrepreneurial real estate investment and development business seeking to appoint a well-connected Non-Executive Director to support its next phase of growth.

The business has ambitious expansion plans and is looking for a senior industry figure who can provide strategic guidance, unlock capital relationships and help establish new investment partnerships.

The successful individual will bring:

• An extensive network across institutional investors, family offices, private equity and other capital sources.
• A proven track record in capital raising, fund structuring and real estate investment.
• Strong commercial instincts and experience identifying opportunities across core-plus and value-add strategies.
• The credibility and relationships to act as an ambassador, strategic adviser and deal‑maker.

This is a hands‑on advisory appointment suited to an experienced real estate leader, potentially transitioning from a full‑time executive career, who wants to make a meaningful impact while participating in the upside of business growth.
