A leading UK and International Law firm are seeking a Senior Associate to join their highly successful Real Estate team.
Role
You will work with the team across a broad range of high quality real estate matters for investors, developers, landlords, occupiers and financial institutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions.
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leasing, asset management and strategic portfolio advice.
- Advising on the real estate aspects of corporate and finance transactions.
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of transactions.
- Building strong and lasting client relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to develop new and existing client relationships.
- Contributing to business development initiatives, networking events and profile-raising activities.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.
- Working collaboratively across practice areas to deliver joined-up, commercial advice.
Candidate
You must be England and Wales qualified Solicitor and will have at least 5 years PQE in commercial real estate from a well regarded city or global law firm.
This role would suit a “go-getter” who is keen to take responsibility, embrace opportunities and build a long-term career within a growing and entrepreneurial team.
