Friend MTS is seeking a Lead Applied AI Data Scientist to blend hands-on AI development with technical leadership. You will work with customers to translate complex problems into production AI solutions and mentor other data scientists.

This is a technical leadership role without direct management responsibilities, shaping AI strategy across the business. You’ll build production AI systems, lead initiatives, and collaborate with Product and Engineering.
