Senior Legal Counsel (Real Estate)

I’m partnering with a growing business to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join its wider team in a newly created role, supporting an exciting pipeline of property development projects across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong commercial real estate, property development and construction experience to play a key role in delivering a growing development programme.

Your experience:

• England & Wales Qualified Solicitor
• 4-7 years PQE
• In-House or International Private Practice experience
• Strong experience in commercial real estate and property development.
• Experience advising on construction law matters.
• A practical, commercially minded approach, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and project teams.
