Global Head of Legal & Compliance

Costello Medical is seeking a Head of Legal to lead the global Legal Team from our Cambridge HQ. You will oversee commercial contracts, compliance, data protection, IP, governance and risk, shaping a scalable service aligned with our growth strategy.

You will build a high‑performing function, manage external counsel, and deliver pragmatic, business‑oriented legal advice across the organisation while promoting an ethical, proactive compliance culture.
