Principal Designer – CDM & Construction Safety

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead the delivery of CDM and construction safety services across complex, high-value projects in the UK.

The role demands autonomy, ownership of PD duties, and strong client and design-team engagement to manage health and safety risks through the project lifecycle. You will influence CDM delivery across RIBA Stages 2–5, shape the service offering, and contribute to the growth of WSP’s safety practice.
