Senior CSM, Salesforce Signature Success – Hybrid (3 days/wk)

Leadout Capital is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to own the Signature experience for Salesforce customers. You will build trusted advisor relationships, manage renewals and expansions, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across internal and client teams.

The role requires deep Salesforce knowledge, strong communication at executive level, and willingness to travel occasionally. Office-flexible hybrid model with three days onsite.
