Business Insight Lead | London (Hybrid) | Up to £90k + Bonus + Package

We’re looking for a Business Insight Lead to take ownership of high-impact analytics initiatives, influence senior stakeholders and help shape the future of data across a growing organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead business insight and analytics projects from concept through to delivery
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Develop and optimise data pipelines using SQL, Python and Microsoft Azure
• Build impactful Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
• Support data strategy, governance and continuous improvement
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to analysts and data professionals

What we’re looking for:

• Strong commercial experience in business insight, analytics or data
• Advanced SQL and solid Python programming skills
• Hands‑on experience with Azure data services, Power BI and Azure DevOps
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and delivering data-driven recommendations
