Job Description:

Hybrid (UK) | International Travel | Hardware + Software | High‑growth security tech

This company has created advanced training systems used by fire and rescue services, police, hazmat teams, civil protection agencies and training academies across more than 40 countries. It’s mission-critical technology with public safety at its heart.

Now they’re building the next generation: connected training platforms that combine hardware, software, data and AI to transform how organisations prepare for chemical, radiological and hazardous incidents.

They’re a high impact team, strongly backed and scaling across North America and Europe. Now, they need a tech salesperson to continue to drive global growth. You’ll be joining at a time where establishment meets reinvention – the stability of a strong product market fit, with the pace of a growing tech business.

What you’ll do

  • Build pipeline across fire, police, hazmat and civil protection organisations

  • Identify budget holders, funding routes and procurement processes

  • Earn trust with operational users, procurement teams and senior officials

  • Manage and motivate distributors across your assigned countries

  • Deliver hands‑on demos (field + online) and close deals

  • Keep CRM data tight and forecasts accurate

  • Bring back insights from the field to shape product and go‑to‑market strategy

  • Represent the company at global events

What success looks like

  • A qualified pipeline in your territories

  • Customers who’ve had our kit in their hands

  • Distributors actively selling and accountable

  • A forecast leadership can run the business on

You should apply if you…

  • Have 3+ years’ B2B tech sales experience (hardware + software ideal)

  • Can point to deals you personally won and targets you smashed

  • Love building pipeline from scratch

  • Pick up technical products fast and demo confidently

  • Write clearly, communicate persuasively and build rapport with anyone

  • Are ambitious, coachable and hungry for a career, not just a job

  • Care about public safety and want your work to count

  • Are comfortable travelling up to two weeks per month across North America & Europe

Nice to have:

  • Public‑sector procurement or tender experience

  • Valid passport + ability to travel internationally

  • Ability to drive in your covered countries

  • Willingness to comply with export‑control and anti‑corruption regulations

What they offer:

  • Uncapped commission

  • Private medical insurance

  • Hybrid – 1 day per week in office

  • Global travel opportunities

  • AI-driven workflows, so you can focus on building relationships and selling
