Finance Manager

Company: WYN
Apply for the Finance Manager
Location: London
Job Description:

WYN is trusted by ITV, The New York Times, Domino’s, Coty, Pleo, Zilch and 80+ enterprises to get 30% better deals on their software & AI contracts. Founded in 2024 by former enterprise sales leaders Adrien Bourg and Sergei Tugarinov, WYN has scaled to a team of 25+ while remaining bootstrapped, with $3B in software spend under management for its customers.

The Role

We’re looking for a fully qualified Finance Manager to take ownership of WYN’s financial operations as we continue to grow.

Initially, you’ll work alongside our external accountant, with the opportunity to take full ownership of the finance function over time. You’ll manage everything from day-to-day finances and cash flow to management accounts, payroll, tax planning and financial forecasting.

This is a hands-on role working closely with the founders, with the opportunity to shape financial processes and make a real impact on the business as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Accounts Receivable & Payable: Oversee invoicing, collections, supplier payments and outstanding balances, ensuring everything is accurate, timely and well managed.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital and maintain clear visibility of the company’s financial position.
  • Management Accounts: Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, analyse financial performance and provide meaningful reporting to support decision-making.
  • Tax Planning: Oversee tax compliance and planning, working with external accountants and tax advisers where needed to ensure obligations are met efficiently.
  • Payroll: Manage monthly payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, with all relevant commission calculations, bonuses, deductions and reporting handled correctly.
  • Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling, helping the founders understand performance, plan ahead and make informed commercial decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Build and improve financial processes, systems and controls to support a growing business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with at least one year of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience across accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, payroll and management accounts.
  • Strong financial planning, budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
  • Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working closely with founders and leadership.

Not a Fit If

  • You’re looking for a purely strategic role and don’t want to get involved in day-to-day financial operations.
  • You prefer established corporate structures and processes over the flexibility and pace of a growing startup.
  • You’re uncomfortable working with ambiguity or building processes from the ground up.
  • You prefer to work in isolation rather than partnering closely with founders and the wider business.
  • You’re looking for a role where you simply maintain existing processes rather than improve and develop.
