Senior Quantity Surveyor – Power & Grid Framework Leader

Laing O’Rourke is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a major infrastructure programme. The role starts in the East Midlands (Chesterfield) before moving with the team to the North East portfolio.

You will manage all commercial activities, value on-site works, handle interim payments, subcontracts, and cost reporting while supporting the Great Grid Partnership framework beyond 2030.
