Chief Legal Compliance & Risk Officer

Broster Buchanan is seeking a senior Compliance professional to safeguard regulatory integrity across the firm. You will lead the compliance framework, ensure adherence to SRA Standards and Regulations, and act as a trusted advisor to the COLP and the Board.

You will monitor changes in legislation, maintain risk registers, conduct internal audits, draft policies, and oversee the complaints process with the Legal Ombudsman and SRA.
