Loungers is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead the operational engine of the People function from our Bristol head office. You will own our people systems, data and reporting, reward delivery, policy governance and core processes to support a fast-growing, multi-site business.
You will partner with all People team functions to improve experience for managers and teams, drive simple, scalable workflows, and deliver governance across the employee lifecycle.
