Praxis seeks a proactive Property Manager to take day-to-day ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio across office and retail assets. You will act as the key link between Asset Managers, Property & Facilities Management, and Operational Finance to optimise cash flow and tenant experience.
You’ll lead lease compliance, tenant applications, and leasing support, while driving ESG initiatives and ensuring data accuracy.
