Maintenance Manager: Lead Plant Reliability & Efficiency

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd. in Wolverhampton is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the site’s engineering operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

You will lead the maintenance team, improve preventive and reactive schedules, support production to minimise downtime, and partner with senior leadership on CapEx and engineering projects.

This role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 hours with a salary of £60,000 plus company benefits.
