Project Manager

Enterprise Staffing Solutions are partnering with a leading Belfast-based technology organisation to hire a Project Manager who can confidently run software and data-focused projects in a structured, secure environment.

If you enjoy bringing clarity to complex delivery, working closely with engineering teams, and keeping stakeholders aligned and informed, this role gives you the autonomy and visibility you’ll thrive on.

What You’ll Lead

• End-to-end delivery of software development and data platform / analytics projects
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, data, product, and security
• Managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and project governance
• Ensuring documentation, reporting, and communication are crisp and consistent
• Working within environments that require Security Clearance eligibility
• Supporting continuous improvement across delivery processes and tooling

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing software and data projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in structured delivery environments (Agile or hybrid)
• Comfortable with technical conversations and translating between business and engineering
• SC eligibility (UK residency and background requirements)
• Ability to work 3 days onsite in Belfast
