Senior Professional Services Consultant – ESG / PropTech
Location: Berlin
We’re working with a growing PropTech software business looking to hire a Senior Professional Services Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of its platform across an expanding enterprise client base.
The company provides a SaaS platform used by real estate owners, investors and asset managers to manage property data, improve building performance and meet sustainability and ESG reporting requirements.
They’re looking for someone with a strong background in project management, software implementation and data onboarding, who can take ownership of client projects from initial scoping through to successful delivery.
The role will involve:
- Managing enterprise client implementation projects from initial scoping and planning through to onboarding, delivery and ongoing support.
- Leading the collection, onboarding and management of property, energy and sustainability data from multiple sources.
- Coordinating data requirements with clients, property managers and internal technical teams, ensuring data quality and completeness.
- Managing project timelines, deliverables and stakeholders to ensure implementations run smoothly.
- Acting as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, working closely with real estate, sustainability, asset management and investment teams.
- Supporting clients with ESG reporting requirements, including GRESB, CSRD, CRREM and EU Taxonomy.
- Working with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to resolve implementation challenges and improve the platform.
- Supporting workshops, demonstrations and technical discussions with prospective and existing clients.
- Identifying opportunities to improve client processes and expand existing relationships.
What they’re looking for:
- Around 3–5 years’ experience in professional services, software implementation, consulting or client-facing project management.
- Hands-on experience managing implementation or onboarding projects, ideally involving complex client data.
- Experience coordinating data collection, data migration, integrations or data quality processes.
- A background in PropTech, real estate, sustainability, ESG software or enterprise SaaS would be particularly relevant.
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRESB, CSRD, CRREM or ESRS would be advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English and business-level German or French are required.
