Engineering Team Lead – Facilities & Maintenance

Equans is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead a team of static and mobile engineers on a permanent basis across London and surrounding areas. The role covers preventative, reactive and corrective maintenance within a high-profile contract, with emphasis on compliance, RAMS and incident response.

You will report to the Area Facilities Manager and oversee subcontractors, RAMS, PPE and CAFM records while driving performance, safety and customer satisfaction on a 40-hour week.
