Strategic Leader, Public Health Programmes

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking a Head of Public Health Programmes on a fixed-term contract until January 2028. You will lead a portfolio including Domestic Abuse, Public Health, Suicide prevention and Gambling harms, guiding strategy, commissioning and performance across Oxfordshire.

The role requires extensive public health commissioning experience, strong leadership and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable improvements for residents across complex systems.
