Interim Payroll Systems & Data Consultant

MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading logistics and manufacturing business to appoint a Payroll Systems & Data Consultant for an interim assignment in the East Midlands. You will audit payroll data flows, document processes and assess risks across a multi-site organisation.

You will focus on variable pay, overtime and shift allowances, collaborating with Payroll, HR Shared Services and systems colleagues to capture undocumented processes and propose practical improvements.
