Senior Bridge Engineer & Team Lead — Hybrid (Cardiff)

WSP Global Inc. in Cardiff is seeking a Principal/Associate Engineer to lead delivery of civil and bridge engineering projects across the region. You will manage design, inspection, and feasibility studies for highway structures, including bridges and retaining walls, while leading a team of six engineers.

You will work with clients and regional leaders to shape the Cardiff bridges capability, mentoring staff and driving technical excellence in a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
