Hybrid Senior UX Research & Strategy Lead

NatWest Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead mixed-method user research across mid-size to complex projects, shaping insights into user-centred design decisions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive design strategy and impact.
