Senior UX Designer: Lead Systems & Design at Scale

Critical Mass in London is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to shape the UX of our clients’ digital products. You will determine user experience with empathy for customer and client goals, organize content, develop information architectures, document scenarios and wireframes, and drive major features from design through to delivery.

You will guide a design team, collaborate with engineers, and contribute to design systems while maintaining timelines and quality.
