Head of Contracts & Quality Assurance (Hybrid)

Leicester City Council is seeking a Group Manager – Health & Partnerships to provide strategic leadership across Adult Social Care and Transport Brokerage, with contractual oversight of the Direct Payment Support Service and governance of quality assurance across providers.

The role is hybrid, with at least one office day per week, and includes managing performance, driving improvements and working with partners to secure positive outcomes for residents requiring care and support.
