Commercial Revenue Manager – Growth & Strategy

Novotel Leicester, part of Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, seeks an experienced Revenue Manager to guide performance during a growth phase from 154 to 252 bedrooms. You will shape the commercial strategy, optimise inventory across channels and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximise revenue beyond bedrooms.

Strong data-to-decision skills are essential. Accor experience is beneficial but not required; a proven track record in hotel revenue management and leadership is valued.
