Strategic Technical Lead – National Programmes

National Highways is seeking a Technical Lead to coordinate and monitor national programmes across civil engineering projects. You will work with the National Programmes Team to ensure asset needs are defined, scoped, and delivered within governance and budget constraints.

Reporting to the Head of National Programmes, you will collaborate with Project Managers, Planning & Development managers, and Scheme Delivery teams to ensure programmes reflect asset requirements, policies, and buildability
