The Role

• Lead and develop a team of Project Management professionals




• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met




• Act as a senior escalation point for client and project challenges




• Build and maintain strong client relationships




• Monitor team performance, resource allocation and project profitability




• Drive operational improvements and support wider business objectives




• Coach and develop team members to support long-term growth

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience within market research, ideally healthcare market research




• Proven background in project management and client delivery




• Experience managing and developing teams




• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills




• Commercial understanding of project performance and profitability




• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

What They Offer

• Salary of £65,000-£70,000




• Hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the London office
