Head Chef – Lead From-Scratch French Kitchen in London

La Nouvelle Garde in London is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen for our second London opening in Spring 2027. You’ll oversee every service, deliver dishes inspired by classic French cuisine, and ensure precision, consistency, and attention to detail across all sections.

You will build and develop a high‑performing kitchen team, manage stock and food costs, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with the General Manager to improve restaurant performance.
