Working Pattern: Hybrid/Remote

Salary: Competitive Basic + Commission

The role:

Your focus will be on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across specialist technology roles within data and AI. Additionally, the focus will be on generating leads and bringing in new business.

Responsibilities include:

• Headhunting and sourcing candidates across multiple channels
• Qualifying candidates for active client mandates
• Managing candidates through interview and offer stages
• Building talent pools within specialist markets
• Supporting placements across the US (East Coast) market
• Fostering relationships with existing clients
