Controls Quality & Methodology Lead – Assurance & Testing

Legal & General (L&G) is seeking a Controls Quality and Methodology Lead to enhance control effectiveness across Retail. You will own review methodologies, testing standards and QA processes to provide robust, repeatable evidence.

Collaborating across Retail, you’ll embed consistent testing practices and align with regulatory expectations and evolving business needs. You will coach colleagues on methodologies, support governance and reporting, and drive continuous improvement in control
