Head of Risk & Resilience — Hybrid, Growth-Focused

Moneybox is seeking a strategic Head of Risk to lead the second line risk function. You will own the Risk Management Framework, provide independent oversight across principal risks, and brief the Executive and Board on risk profiles.

You will report to the VP Risk & Compliance, lead a team of Risk Business Partners across Operations, Technology & AI, and Central Functions, and shape the firm’s risk stance in a fast-growing fintech.
