Remote Lead Engineer – Full-Stack, Azure & AI

Carrington Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer / Lead Developer for a fast-growing professional services firm. This role is mainly remote with occasional office visits to Leeds or Manchester as needed, and light travel to other sites.

You will lead a small development team across modern stack (C#, .NET, React, Python) on cloud-based projects, set engineering standards, collaborate with Product and Architecture, and explore AI-enabled tooling to accelerate delivery.
