About the Role

An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support financial data integrity, reporting automation, and process improvements within a global Finance Operations team.

The role focuses on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, data pipelines, financial systems integration, and analytics to improve month-end reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data flows between ERP systems and connected reporting platforms.
• Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines and structured datasets.
• Improve month-end close processes through automation and data analysis.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for financial KPIs.
• Establish data quality standards, validation controls, and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Data teams to improve reporting accuracy.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and process mining opportunities.
• Support financial data governance and master data management.
• Mentor colleagues and promote data literacy across finance teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in data analysis, transformation, and reporting within finance or e-commerce environments.
• Understanding of financial accounting processes and Record-to-Report (R2R) operations.
• Advanced SQL, BigQuery, and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with financial ERP systems such as Workday Finance or equivalent.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, data extraction, and automated dashboards.
• Experience with consolidation platforms such as OneStream.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and financial controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Additional Skills

• Experience with AI-driven automation or process mining.
• Knowledge of finance transformation and continuous improvement.
• Experience mentoring analysts or delivering analytics training.
