Hybrid working (3 days in the office, Central London)

Halliday Marx are working in partnership with an outstanding tech firm to hire an MLRO Officer on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end internal suspicious activity reports (iSARS) for several business units
• Submit formal SAR’s to the national crime agency (NCA)
• Preparing MLRO reports to the board detailing financial crime controls
• Acting as a primary point of contact for the FCA
• Advising senior management on the impact of financial crime risk
• Design and update the Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA)
• Execute asset freezing protocols
• Supervising internal controls for detecting payment fraud, scams, and identity theft

Requirements

• Experience working for a money transfer operator
• Available to start within 1 month
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a senior compliance role or MLRO role
