A leading international, construction and property company is looking to hire a Finance Manager to support their operational sites. This is an exciting, high-growth business to be a part of with an excellent team. The position combines financial control, statutory reporting, business partnering and operational finance, where you will be working closely with both operational leadership and the wider finance function.
The Finance Manager will have a key role in ensuring financial integrity, supporting commercial decision-making and driving continuous improvement across the site. The position offers excellent visibility, genuine ownership and the opportunity to work within a complex, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of month-end and quarter-end financial reporting
- Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and provisions
- Management of statutory accounts and external audit processes
- Revenue recognition and cost allocation oversight
- Cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and working capital monitoring
- Support capital expenditure planning and project spend tracking
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business
- Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
About you
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar role.

- Strong financial control and reporting experience
- Statutory accounts and audit exposure
- Excellent balance sheet ownership and reconciliation skills
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability
- A proactive and hands-on approach to improving processes and controls
