Head of Finance | £85,000–£95,000 + (DOE) + Bonus
An opportunity for an ambitious manufacturing finance leader to take ownership of the finance function within a highly profitable, privately owned UK manufacturing business, with a genuine opportunity to progress towards the number-one Finance Director position.
With turnover of approximately £10m, strong profitability and ambitious growth plans, the business is entering an exciting stage of its development.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll play a central role in shaping financial and commercial decisions, improving manufacturing performance and helping the business achieve its growth ambitions.
This is a role with genuine influence.
You’ll work closely with the MD and operational leadership team, providing the financial insight needed to improve margins, support investment decisions and strengthen the systems and processes underpinning future growth.
We’re particularly interested in speaking with experienced Manufacturing Financial Controllers who are ready for greater ownership, as well as established Heads of Finance looking for a more commercially influential role.
You’ll need strong manufacturing finance experience, particularly around product costing and margins, alongside the confidence to operate in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
