Global Hotel Key Accounts Leader

Airbnb Hotels is building a brand-new, globally distributed team of Enterprise Account Managers to win and onboard high-value hotel groups across continents. You will own end-to-end partner management, develop strategic account plans, and drive global Key Accounts strategy with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead a team, shape the playbook from day one, and be responsible for relationships, targets and strategy in a fast-growing business unit within Airbnb.
