You will support origination and execution of debt and equity transactions, including investments through managed funds and balance-sheet lending, combining financial analysis, modelling, and market research.
You will build and operate forecast models, conduct cash flow and valuation analyses, draft credit papers and term sheets, and develop compelling client materials.
