Visualsoft is seeking a Creative Lead to join our Operations department, leading the visual design and UX across our Shopify practice. This senior role combines hands-on craft with team leadership, with responsibility for setting design standards, guides, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all pods.
You will own design systems, mentor designers, collaborate with PMs, Developers and Product Owners, and shape distinctive eCommerce experiences using Dawn, Horizon and premium Shopify themes.
