Oncology Capacity & Portfolio Strategy Lead

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a senior capacity management leader in oncology to drive the portfolio-wide view of capacity, demand and mitigation options. You will partner with Portfolio Managers and functional leads to optimize resource allocation in a complex drug development program.

You’ll own key processes (pre-CDID, Ph3ID) and lead an OPRC governance community, delivering scenario planning, heatmaps and integrated dashboards to inform investment decisions.
