Finance Operations Leader — P&L, Forecasting & Strategy

ACCA Careers is seeking a Head of Finance – Operations in Peterborough to lead the finance function across multiple group businesses, blending operational finance oversight with financial controller duties.

You will own management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, drive profitability through P&L analysis and commercial insight, manage cash flow and controls, and partner with senior leaders to support the group’s growth plans. Salary £90,000–£115,000 + bonus.
