Principal Design Director — Lead Regs & Design, Bonus Eligible

Brandon James is seeking a Principal Design Director to lead a multidisciplinary team of architects and Building Control specialists in the City of London. The role offers autonomy, reporting to the board, and a clear path to the top as a Director in charge of Principal Designer duties.

You will manage projects, ensure compliance with Building Regulations and CDM, develop client relationships, and grow the service with long-term clients, while negotiating bonuses and benefits.
