Howdens is seeking a commercially driven Regional Contract Sales Manager for the New Build Division, based in Luton. You will lead tendering, secure contracts, and drive repeat business with developers, housing associations, and contractors.

You’ll manage pipeline, forecasts and margins, working with design and legal teams to finalise specifications and terms. A strong track record in field sales and driving growth is essential.
