Over 18 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all store positions, mentored by industry experts, with a salary of £43,000 during the trainee phase.

After initial training, you can advance to Trainee Sales Operations Manager on £50,000, then to a permanent Sales Operations Manager with a salary path up to £84,000 in 4 years.
