London Building Manager – Grade A Office, Lead Operations

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a newly completed 160,000 sq ft Grade A office in London. You will take ownership of day-to-day operations, establish procedures and lead a junior building manager to deliver an outstanding occupier experience.

The role requires strong facilities management know-how, health & safety compliance, budget oversight, and the ability to manage contractors and stakeholders from day one.
