Head of Collections & Credit Control – Hybrid

JSS is seeking an experienced credit control leader to head up collections for its expanding specialty book, including aviation. You will manage a team of credit controllers, drive performance improvements and report to senior management.

The role focuses on recovering premiums, managing the debt ledger, and ensuring timely cash allocation, with oversight of ECF transactions and Lloyd’s standards. Hybrid working and development opportunities are offered.
